AI Terms of Service

1. Terms Overview


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between Squaretalk Ltd. (“Squaretalk” or “we”) and any entity or individual using the Squaretalk AI Calls platform services (“you” or “Subscriber”). These Terms govern your use of the platform, including all programs, tools, account portals, and customer support (collectively, “Services”). These Terms also apply to your access to https://www.squaretalk.com and any sub-sites and features.

By using the Services, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms.

2. License to Access Services


Squaretalk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business operations.

Your continued use of the Services requires accurate and updated business information.

3. Subscriber Responsibilities


You confirm that:

  •  You are legally authorized to enter this agreement.
  • You comply with all relevant laws, including copyright, data protection, and export control.
  • You are responsible for the legality of your data usage.
  • You will not provide or use data that violates laws, infringes on intellectual property, or includes malware.

4. Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
  • Squaretalk may act upon any request made using your credentials.
  • Only one user account per person is permitted.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Squaretalk retains all rights to its intellectual property, services, and documentation. This includes but is not limited to trademarks, processes, interfaces, and any content or software.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or modify content.
  • Distribute or display our platform or services.

6. Data Ownership and Usage

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of all data submitted through the Services (“Subscriber Data”).
  • License: You grant Squaretalk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Subscriber Data solely for service delivery.
  • Usage Data: Squaretalk may collect anonymized usage data to improve service features.

7. Data Protection


Squaretalk implements appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

All data is protected under applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

8. Confidentiality


Confidential Information shared with Squaretalk will not be disclosed except to employees or contractors under similar obligations. Upon termination, such information must be destroyed or returned.

If compelled by law to disclose data, Squaretalk will notify you in advance where possible.

9. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squaretalk and its affiliates from any third-party claims resulting from:

  • Breach of these Terms.
  • IP infringement.
  • Misuse or negligence.
  • Legal violations or damages.

10. Limitation of Liability


Squaretalk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 1 month@ preceding the claim.

11. No Warranty


Services are provided “as is.” Squaretalk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Legal Compliance


You are responsible for using the Services in compliance with all laws applicable to your use case, including TCPA, GDPR, and wiretapping consent regulations.

You agree to inform call participants if calls are being recorded and to maintain all necessary documentation.

13. Consent and Use Monitoring


Squaretalk tools must be used responsibly. While we may monitor usage for abuse or compliance, users remain solely accountable for data privacy, legality, and content.

14. Telemarketing and Dialing Compliance

  • Subscriber must comply with TCPA, TSR, and Do-Not-Call laws.
  • Obtain and retain valid consents for all communications.
  • Provide accurate caller ID and required disclosures.
  • Maintain consent records for 5 years and provide upon request.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.

15. Export Compliance & International Data Handling

  • You may not export or use Squaretalk’s services in sanctioned countries.
  • Services may not be used to process personal data from EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland unless explicitly authorized.


You assume all responsibility for lawful data processing.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel or Bulgaria, and disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Jerusalem ISRAEL and Sofia Bulgaria.

17. Severability & Updates


If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining Terms remain effective. Warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and liability clauses survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
