Responsibilities: 

  • Developing strong relationships and building trust with clients.
  • Proactively connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Maximizing clients ROI by analyzing analytics and data and making data driven decisions.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the best solutions according to clients needs and objectives.
  • Growing clients portfolio by up-selling and cross-selling, to meet with sales quotas. 
  • Identifying growth potential by knowing your clients.
  • Analysing portfolio using analytical tools, preparing reports and presenting them to company executives and clients.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with different departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Success, Sales or Account Management  preferably international  B2B.
  • Excellent communication and organizing skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
  • High verbal and communication skills – a must!
  • Fast learner and problem solver with the ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
  • Team player, with a positive attitude and high motivation. 
  • High level English: speaking, reading and writing- a must!
  • A good command of French / Spanish will be considered as an advantage.
