- Developing strong relationships and building trust with clients.
- Proactively connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Maximizing clients ROI by analyzing analytics and data and making data driven decisions.
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the best solutions according to clients needs and objectives.
- Growing clients portfolio by up-selling and cross-selling, to meet with sales quotas.
- Identifying growth potential by knowing your clients.
- Analysing portfolio using analytical tools, preparing reports and presenting them to company executives and clients.
- Collaborating and coordinating with different departments within the company.
- 2-3 years experience in Customer Success, Sales or Account Management preferably international B2B.
- Excellent communication and organizing skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
- High verbal and communication skills – a must!
- Fast learner and problem solver with the ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
- Team player, with a positive attitude and high motivation.
- High level English: speaking, reading and writing- a must!
- A good command of French / Spanish will be considered as an advantage.
