Technical Support Specialist

We are a multi-national SaaS company focused on creating and supporting innovative solutions for Businesses. We are looking for a great technical support specialist to join our team. Someone that loves to troubleshoot, find and present solutions to our clients and that gets excited by new technologies.

Squaretalk provides Businesses on a global scale with a workflow automation platform that never outgrows the business, integrations to 100’s of apps and CRM. Cross-channel communication is fully integrated with multiple CRM, all built cloud-native.


Handling customer requests in a professional customer-oriented approach through our different support channels
Having a deep understanding of our software, so that proper support and guidance can be provided to our customers
Configuring hard- and softphones on Windows, Linux, and mobile OS
Diagnosing software faults and network errors
Working on Level 1 with the possibility to ramp up to Level 2 rapidly
Working in a cross-functional environment along with other departments
Analyzing and listening to call logs, spotting common trends and underlying problems
Updating frequently asked questions so that the customers/employees will be able to fix problems by themselves


Good understanding of networking and VoIP
Basic understanding of Linux systems
Basic understanding of IP networks and troubleshooting (ping, traceroute, ports, discover IP address)
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Logical thinking, Troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
Great teamwork skills
A strong customer focus
Prioritization skills and attention to detail, while working on multiple open cases at one time
