We are a multi-national SaaS company focused on creating and supporting innovative telecommunication solutions for Businesses. We are looking for a great Customer Success Manager to join our team. Someone who loves to dig in to the business usecase of our clients, and tailor the right technological solutions for their needs. 

Squaretalk provides businesses on a global scale with cloud-based call center and AI driven predictive dialer solutions, multi-channel messaging systems and integrations to 100’s of apps and CRMs.

What your essential role in the team will be:

  • Proactively engaging your clients, demonstrating value and identifying opportunities for growth and advocacy.
  • Managing a book of business of 45-55 low-to-medium size customers.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Serving as the the main point of contact and a “business advisor” to maximize clients ROI.
  • Analyzing analytics and data, making data driven decisions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Growing clients portfolio to meet with revenue targets.
  • Updating CRM and making sure all data is up to date.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills – a must.

So who will be joining us?

  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Success, Sales or Account Management preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
  • High soft-skills, verbal and communication, a must!
  • Fast learner and problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Team player, with a positive attitude and self motivation.
  • High-level English and Hebrew: speaking, reading, and writing, a must!
